These days throughout the country there is an action timed to the professional holiday of financial specialists - the Day of the Financier.
On September 8, a problem seminar was held at the Accounting and Finance Faculty with the participation of Tatyana Yakovlevna Gordienko, Deputy Head of the Finance and Budget Committee of the Administration of the City of Stavropol. Coordinator of the meeting was the Department of Finance, Credit and Insurance. The thematic event was attended by students of 3-4 courses studying the program "Economics" (profile "Finance and Credit").
As part of the lesson, T. Ya. Gordienko talked about the organization of the budget process, the documents that regulate it at the federal, regional and municipal levels, the competence of the Duma and the administration of the city of Stavropol, she reported on the basic parameters of the main financial document of the region. It was noted that the regional treasury is formed in accordance with the main directions of the tax and budget policy approved by the Government of Stavropol Territory. The participants of the meeting also had an opportunity to ask Tatyana Yakovlevna questions of interest to them. Their subjects were very different, including the explanation of the reasons for certain legislative decisions.
In the opinion of Irina Ivanovna Glotova, Head of the Department of Finance, Credit and Insurance, such meetings on the Day of the Financier are a good opportunity for students to ask practical questions about financial management. "Of course, at the events in an educational institution, the financiers will not give ready-made advice," I. I. Glotova says, "but they can give the students a chance to present themselves as a true financial analyst during interactive classes."
On the same day teachers of the department "Finance, Credit and Insurance" held curatorial meetings on the topic "Personal financial plan. Creating Reserves for the Future " during which students got acquainted with the basics of rational use of financial resources and competent consumer behavior in relation to retail financial services.
It should be noted that a lot of issues were discussed during the "Day of Financial Literacy in Educational Institutions" events, including those concerning the current financial situation in Russia. There was a discussion on the required competencies, which should be owned by specialists in the financial sector; on how to be able to work with financial instruments, to build an individual financial plan and professional career in general, to observe financial security.В эти дни по всей стране проходит акция, приуроченная к профессиональному празднику специалистов финансовой сферы – Дню финансиста.
8 сентября на учётно-финансовом факультете был организован проблемный семинар с участием заместителя руководителя Комитета финансов и бюджета администрации города Ставрополя Татьяны Яковлевны Гордиенко. Координатором встречи выступила кафедра «Финансы, кредит и страховое дело». В тематическом мероприятии участвовали студенты 3–4 курсов направления «Экономика» (профиль «Финансы и кредит»).
В рамках занятия Т. Я. Гордиенко рассказала об организации бюджетного процесса, документах, которые регламентируют его на федеральном, региональном и муниципальном уровнях, компетенциях Думы и администрации города Ставрополя, она сообщила о базовых параметрах главного финансового документа региона. Было отмечено, что региональная казна формируется в соответствии с основными направлениями налоговой и бюджетной политики, одобренными Правительством Ставропольского края. Участники встречи также получили возможность задать Татьяне Яковлевне интересующие их вопросы. Их тематика была самой разной, в том числе касалась разъяснения причин тех или иных законодательных решений.
По мнению заведующей кафедрой «Финансы, кредит и страховое дело» Ирины Ивановны Глотовой, подобные встречи в День финансиста – хорошая возможность для студентов задать практические вопросы относительно управления финансами. «Конечно, на мероприятиях в учебном заведении финансисты не дадут готовых советов, – говорит И. И. Глотова, – но они могут дать обучающимся определённый шанс представить себя в роли настоящего финансового аналитика, во время интерактивных занятий».
В этот же день преподавателями кафедры «Финансы, кредит и страховое дело» были проведены кураторские часы на тему «Личный финансовый план. Создание резервов на будущее», в ходе которых студенты познакомились с основами рационального использования финансовых ресурсов и грамотного потребительского поведения в отношении розничных финансовых услуг.
Отметим, что на проведённых в рамках акции «День финансовой грамотности в учебных заведениях» мероприятиях обсуждались многие вопросы, в том числе касающиеся современного финансового положения России. Шла речь о требуемых компетенциях, которыми должны владеть специалисты финансовой сферы; о том, как нужно уметь работать с финансовыми инструментами, выстраивать индивидуальный финансовый план и профессиональную карьеру в целом, соблюдать финансовую безопасность.
