The business community evaluated the results of the production practice of future farmers

Specialists of the financial and credit sphere of the Stavropol Territory on September 13 accepted the protection of reports on the production practice of students of the Accounting and Finance Department of the Agrarian University.

The consolidation of students' theoretical knowledge in practice, in real production conditions, is the most important link in the educational process in the university. Without this stage, it is impossible to become a future professional.

It is in the course of the production practice that students of the Stavropol State Agrarian University get an excellent opportunity to combine the received theoretical training with the acquired practical skills, so that in the future they will not be lost in the labor market of the Stavropol Territory among graduates of other universities. On the other hand, the practice involves receiving feedback from the regional ministries and departments that host agrarian students. Very important is their feedback on the quality of theoretical training, as well as additional information on what else to work on the student to meet the modern requirements for professionals in today's labor market.

September 13 at the Accounting and Finance Department of the Stavropol State Agrarian University students of the 4th course of the direction "Economics" (profile "Finance and Credit") defended their reports on production practice. The reports were protected with the participation of experts in the financial and credit sphere - Deputy Director for Human Resources at the branch of PJSC IC "Rosgosstrakh" in the Stavropol Territory A. P. Ovcharenko, as well as representatives of PJSC Bank "Finance Corporation Otkrytie" - the head of the customer service group E.V. Masayeva and head of payroll projects R. Silantieva.

In the course of the protection of the reports, the students of the 4th year of the Accounting and Finance Department of the direction "Economics" (profile "Finance and Credit") announced the main conclusions obtained as a result of the practical training, and the suggestions made on their basis to improve the financial and economic activities of the research facilities. Each speaker presented a presentation, which covered promising areas in corporate finance management.

It should be noted that the practice bases for the graduate students were the two regional ministries - finance and economic development, the Pension Fund Administration for Stavropol, the public joint stock company in the Stavropol Territory Rosgosstrakh, the open joint-stock company Sogaz, the public joint-stock company Bank Financial Corporation Opening, LLC "Soyuzinvest" and commercial organizations. High assessment of reports on production practices by representatives of departments and institutions confirmed the successful development of professional competencies by students in the studied modules.

Thus, Anna Petrovna Ovcharenko, Deputy Director for Human Resources at the branch of the Rosgosstrakh Public Joint Stock Company in the Stavropol Territory, noted the high level of training and quality of the reports on the production practice submitted to the defense. The head of the group of client services of the public corporation Bank "Financial Corporation Otkrytie" Ekaterina Vyacheslavovna Masayeva told the students about job opportunities and the prospects of career growth in this Bank. The head of the direction of salary projects Ruslan Vyacheslavovich Silantev invited the students to pass an internship in the public corporation "Financial Corporation Otkrytie" Bank with subsequent employment. According to the results of the protection, the best are the reports of students of Sergey Bukhantsov, Nikonova Yana, Kuliyeva Inna, Chincharauli Michael.
