At the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, a working meeting was held with the Director of the Federal State Budget Scientific Institution "Institute of Experimental Veterinary Medicine in Siberia and the Far East", Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor Nikolai Alexandrovich Donchenko.
The subject of the meeting of the faculty staff with the head of the Institute of Experimental Veterinary Medicine of Siberia and the Far East was devoted to the issue of forming a cooperation agenda in the research and educational field in the veterinary field. Within the framework of the working visit of N.A. Donchenko got acquainted with the innovative material and technical base of the faculty and the direction of scientific interests of the scientists of the Stavropol State Agrarian University.
It should be noted that since its foundation in 1974 in the Novosibirsk region, the Institute of Experimental Veterinary Medicine of Siberia and the Far East has played a key role in ensuring the country's security and developing the most important strategic directions. Here fundamental and applied scientific researches on epizootology and development of means of diagnostics, therapy and specific preventive maintenance of illnesses of agricultural animals are conducted.
As a result of the meeting, the main aspects of strategic cooperation were outlined, within the framework of which experience exchange between institutions, internships of employees on topical problems of veterinary diagnostics will be conducted and joint research plans will be developed.
