On the problematic issues of organizing the electoral process

An open lecture on the elections in the Russian Federation was read by Professor V.A. Cherepanov, Professor of the Department of State and Municipal Management and Law, Doctor of Law, Honored Lawyer of Russia.

The lecture was held at the Institute of Additional Vocational Education within the framework of the program "Training of observers for participation in the work of election commissions". It was attended by students of several university faculties and teachers of Agrarian University.

In the lecture of Professor V.A. Cherepanov, problematic issues of the organization of the electoral process were identified and possible ways of improving the federal and regional electoral legislation were considered.
