Students of SSAU visited Stavropol Registration Center of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for Stavropol Territory

Lecture and practical lesson on the basis of the Interregional IFTS of Russia No. 11 for Stavropol Territory was held for 4th year students of the accounting and financial department.

The event for the students of the graduate course in the direction "Economics" (profiles "Finance and Credit" and "Taxes and Taxation") was organized with the participation of associate professors of the Department of Financial Management and Banking of the State Agrarian University Y. Lapina and T. V. Skrebtsova.

Svetlana Borisovna Kotlyarova, the head of the department for work with the applicants, met with representatives of the Agrarian University in the operation hall. She spoke about the specialization of the tax authority, in which the functions of state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs are concentrated. It is this specificity that the inter-district IFTS No. 11 has, the familiarization experience with whose activities has undoubted value for students.

After the tour of the inspection students met with the head of the registration center Valentina Ivanovna Zakharova. She presented the main functional of the structural units of the center and shared the successes achieved in recent years in the field of registration. Thus, in the World Bank rating, the quality level of registration procedures in Russia increased by 40 positions. As explained by V.I. Zakharova, this is due to the simplification and shortening of the time of the main processes. An important role was played by the fact that a lot of actions were translated into the electronic sphere, which creates additional advantages for beginning businessmen.

As further noted by the head of the legal department of the inspection, Ekaterina Vladimirovna Kucherova, the rating indicators confirm the real figures. Each year, about three thousand legal entities are created and about one thousand are liquidated, 13,000 individual entrepreneurs are registered and 11,000 are closed. Thus, the annual growth of 4,000 newly created business objects gives a stable positive dynamics.

Heads of departments - information interaction Balatskaya Maria Igorevna and keeping and storing registration cases Penzaeva Tatyana Petrovna showed the students the process of the registration, the forms of documents for registration, demonstrated information clips about electronic services on the site of the Federal Tax Service of Russia and disclosed professional "secrets" to identify frontmen, used at registration.

At the end of the meeting, the students were able to ask questions of interest and received exhaustive answers. The most active children were invited to practice in the Inter-District Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 11 for Stavropol Territory.
