Manager's Day

Innovative and educational forum for the fifth time was held at the Faculty of Economics.

The traditional event was given a start at the Department of Management, where under the guidance of professors Inna Anatolievna Semko and Larisa Anatolyevna Altukhova, a subject Olympiad in Management was organized. 40 students took part in it - third-year students of the Economics Faculty of the direction "Management" and sophomores of the direction "Economics".

The Olympiad consisted of three stages: testing, answering questions, a role-playing game "Do I need to learn?". The course of the Olympiad and its results were evaluated by a competent jury: Head of the Department of Management, Doctor of Economics, Professor A. N. Baydakov; candidates of economic sciences - associate professors A.V. Nazarenko, D.V. Zaporozhets and senior lecturers L. Chernikov and D. Kenin.

According to the results of the professional competition, diplomas and gifts were awarded to students of the Economic Department of the State Agrarian University: Yulia Galayan (1st place); Anastasia Minchenko (2nd place); Elizaveta Bondareva (3rd place).

The next event of the forum was held by the graduate of the year 2014, the direction "Management. Human Resource Management "and Master's program in 2016 "Management. Human Resource Management» Vadim Pavlov. He presented the author's master class "World Manager", the main topics of which were the issues of self-development, self-education and self-management.

Note that Vadim was among the organizers and moderators of the Olympic Games in Sochi - 2014, the Olympics in Rio - 2016, the Cup of the Confederation, the World Festival of Youth in Sochi in 2017. On the example of sports administration, the graduate of the economic faculty of Stavropol State Agrarian University told about the implementation of the functions of the manager in practice, gave advice on planning his own career, answered all questions of interest to students.

The innovative and educational forum "Manager's Day" was crowned with the intellectual game "The Incredible Journey", which was held on the initiative of the students of the 2nd course of the direction "Management" Kozhevnikova Julia and Kokolova Anastasia.

The game was organized specially for first-year students of the direction "Management". Its main goal was to unite the team of novice-agrarians, to reveal their leadership abilities. All participants showed interest and took an active part in the discussion, which resulted in an agreement on mutually beneficial cooperation. All first-year students were awarded with diplomas, and clear leaders were awarded with valuable prizes.
