The Council of the President of the Russian Federation for Science and Education is an advisory body of the President of the Russian Federation established to inform the head of the state about the state of affairs in science, technology and education, ensure its interaction with scientific organizations and educational institutions, scientists and educators, develop proposals to the president of the Russian Federation on topical issues of state scientific and technical and innovation policy, state policy in the field of education.
