The economic service of the enterprise: the theory is fixed in practice

First-year students of the Faculty of Economics of the Stavropol State Agrarian University studied the organization, structure and functions of the economic service of the State Unitary Enterprise "Stavropol Municipal Enterprise of Water Supply and Waste Water Treatment".

As part of the study of the discipline "Introduction to the specialty" for students of the first year of the direction "Economics" an open lesson was held on the basis of the State Unitary Enterprise "Stavropol Municipal Enterprise of Water Supply and Waste Water Treatment".

The head of the economic service of the enterprise - Deputy Director General for Prospective Development, Economics and Finance, Candidate of Economic Sciences A. V. Kolesnikov introduced the structure of the economic units of the organization to the children, told about the importance of the economist's profession, the obligatory personal qualities and the high demands placed on the specialists of the economic profile. Andrei Vladimirovich dwelled in detail on the problems that arise in the current economic conditions, emphasized the need for a wide range of theoretical knowledge and practical competencies of a qualified economist.

The head of the financial and economic department Anastasia Sergeevna Batchaeva in her speech paid attention to the functional features of various areas of the economic service, stressed the importance and complexity of accomplishing the tasks of forecasting indicators in the economist of the planning and economic department, shared personal experience in developing the career of an economist. The leading economist of the accounting and sales department Anastasia Pogrebnaya acquainted students with the specifics of accounting and cost analysis at the enterprise, which provides water throughout the Stavropol Territory.

During the lesson, the guys also took part in the training to identify certain qualities of the economist, organized by the economic service of the State Unitary Enterprise "Stavropol Municipal Enterprise of Water Supply and Waste Water Treatment". The results of the completed task were evaluated by the specialists of the enterprise, students who coped with it most successfully, they noted separately. At the end of the meeting, the staff of the "Stavropol Municipal Enterprise of Water Supply and Waste Water Treatment" wished the students success in mastering economic sciences, and the children in turn thanked the organizers for the interesting event.
