A week of the young entrepreneur was continued by foresight sessions

On November 23-24, participants of the federal program "You are an entrepreneur" in the Stavropol Territory underwent a foresight game "Prospects for the Development of Youth Entrepreneurship in the Stavropol Territory until 2050" and "How will the" male "," female "," youth "entrepreneurship be by 2060. "

The events were organized by the candidate of economic sciences, assistant professor of the chair of financial management and banking, certified trainer of the International Labor Organization Elena Lapina with the invitation of successful active entrepreneurs - the head of the children's center "Point of Growth" Anna Suyazova, the director of the business photography studio "Julia Detman and the leaders of the consulting company "Spasenie" Kamil Isayev, Dmitry Pak, Boris Khlebnikov.

Foresight is a game technology that allows a circle of people to agree on the image of the future, their actions about this future and their desired future. Therefore, the foresight game was built around the map of the future. On the X-axis - time intervals (near future, medium-term perspective, long-term outlook - 2050 or 2060), and on the Y-axis - trends (that is, objectively observed processes that lead to qualitative and quantitative changes at a certain time interval in of the research area is "male", "female", "youth" entrepreneurship in the Stavropol Territory).

In the forsake "Prospects for the development of youth entrepreneurship in the Stavropol Territory until 2050" all participants were divided into small groups in certain areas of the subject under study: the image of the Stavropol Territory in 2050; socio-psychological portrait of a young entrepreneur until 2050; sphere of activity of a young entrepreneur; modern technologies and scientific and technological progress.

In Forsyte "How will look" male "," female "," youth "entrepreneurship by 2060" formed the following groups: the image of "male" entrepreneurship of the Stavropol Territory by 2060; the image of "female" entrepreneurship of the Stavropol Territory by 2060; image of the "youth" entrepreneurship of the Stavropol Territory by 2060.

The participants of the groups had to determine what the Stavropol Territory would look like in the future, in which sphere the most demanded the creation of new businesses by the young entrepreneurs of Stavropol, what is the specificity of "male" and "female" entrepreneurship. The children also had to find out what the peculiarities of behavior and changes in the mentality of young entrepreneurs would be; It was required to foresee the main technologies that will come to the region and will be used by young entrepreneurs; to predict how the infrastructure of the regional business will change due to advanced technologies, how the latest achievements in science will affect the economy of the province and whether innovative projects will be the source of the region's budget formation.

Foresight games were divided into measures, during which on the map of the future the participants placed the card-entities:

- existing and emerging trends;

- technologies that support existing trends or launch new ones;

- formats - technologies of social interaction;

- Key events that trigger, break or change the rate of growth of the trend;

- Bills and regulations that legitimize formats;

- threats and opportunities that can negatively or positively affect the agents.

All of their thoughts, ideas, suggestions and projects have been transformed into foresight sessions into road maps (maps of the future), that is, a visually rich space that allows you to see the different ways and ways to achieve the desired result.

After presentations of future maps on the topics of each team, they were subjected to criticism, analysis, corrections and additions. In open discussions, many ideas have undergone changes, become more concrete, have taken shape and content. Already following the results of general discussion and voting, a basic list of ideas and proposals was drawn up.

Participants spoke about the existing problems of beginning entrepreneurs: lack of experience, legal and economic illiteracy, limited financial resources and start-up capital, high competition and closed markets, excessive bureaucracy. Among the main trends affecting business, were identified: an increase in the population of the province, an increase in migration outflow of the population, an increase in the outflow of youth from rural areas; growth in the level of informal employment in the sphere of small business, the number of unemployed citizens; reduction of real disposable money income of the population; growth of production without innovation; creation of innovative and investment parks; development of the resort and tourism sector; reduction of construction volumes; priority development of retail trade in the province; reduction of the volume of paid services to the population; growth in the turnover of public catering, consumer prices; the development of telecommunications and computer technology, the widespread use of mobile communications and the Internet; degradation of society; use of alternative energy; development of robotics and bioengineering; failure of infrastructure facilities; state support of business.

In their forecasts, the guys noted: the possibility of "machine revolt", nuclear wars, earthquakes; strengthening of anthropogenic impact on the environment; reduction of corruption; development of international cooperation and integration; strengthening the role of science and education in society; rethinking of moral values ​​and tolerance through the project "Communication of Generations"; development of sports and tourism, agricultural production, IT-technologies in terms of improving electronic document management, information protection, population chipping, geodata processing, creation of biocomputers; the need to develop projects for waste processing, the creation of eco-fuel, 3-D printing organs in medicine, eco-nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.

At the end of the foresight games, all participants received personal certificates. The organizers of the event thanked the guys for their conscientiousness, honesty, activity, application of their mental and spiritual strengths with the desire to make business in the Stavropol region more successful!
