Silver at the All-Russian kickboxing tournament

Grant Bakhtamyan, a student at the Faculty of Economics of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, showed the class, becoming the silver winner of the Cup of Russia in sections K-1 and full contact with the low kick.

From November 23 to November 26, 2017, the All-Russian Kickboxing Tournament was held in the Volgograd Universal Sports Complex Volzhsky, Volgograd Region. About 600 athletes from all over Russia arrived to participate in the prestigious competitions.

Among the 14 athletes who defended the honor of the Stavropol in the Volgograd Territory, Grant Bakhtamyan, a second-year student of the Economics Faculty ("Management"), competed in the tournament of masters of strikes and seizures.

Of the three fights in two of them, Grant scored a confident victory. As a result of large-scale competitions, the student of the Stavropol State Agrarian University took the second place, losing only one point to the opponent in the final.
