At the meeting in Stavropol State Agrarian University gathered the heads of regional directorates of the programme of support and development of student creativity.
The participants of the seminar-meeting held on December, 5 were 50 leaders from 40 regions of Russia, Federal and regional organizing committees of the festival.
A key moment in the course of the meeting were the assignment and a formal presentation by the Executive of the regional Directorate. It was announced that the head of the regional Executive Directorate of the festival will be the Chairman of the primary trade Union organization of students of Stavropol State Agrarian University Nikolay Golovin.
An important moment of start of preparation for the festival was the ceremonial presentation of the character of this major event. The Deputy Chairman of the Russian Union of Youth Vladimir Selin it was presented by the Chairman of the Council of rectors of the Stavropol region, the rector of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, Academician of RAS, Deputy of the Duma of the Stavropol region, member of the organizing Committee of the festival Vladimir Trukhachev.
The seminar was the starting point for the beginning of a huge and effective work teams from various regions for the benefit of the support and development of student creativity across the country.
