“Problems of Russian statehood. Experience of system research”

The publishing house NORMA published a new scientific work by the Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation Viktor Cherepanov.

A new monograph by Professor of the Department of State and Municipal Management and Law of the Economics Department of Stavropol State University, Doctor of Law Sciences, Professor Viktor Alekseevich Cherepanov was published by Moscow legal publishing house NORMA.

The scientific publication is the first conducted systematic study of the problems of Russian statehood, within the framework of which an attempt is made to construct a system model of the Russian state and on this basis to carry out the reconstruction and systemic integration of accumulated knowledge.

The Russian Federation is considered here by the author of the book as a social system, the source of development of which are intrinsic contradictions that form the problems of Russian statehood. This dialectical orientation is a kind of core around which the whole process of scientific search is moving and prospective models of democracy and federalism are being developed in our country.

The monograph revealing the most important problems of Russian statehood in their systematic consideration will become a necessary publication for the provision of educational process at the university. The book will be useful for both bachelors in studying the course "Constitutional Law of Russia" and undergraduates in studying the course "Actual problems of constitutional law." In the near future, the new monograph "Problems of Russian statehood. The experience of system research" by Professor V.A. Cherepanov will be added to the fund of the Scientific Library of Stavropol State Agrarian University and will be available to all its users.
