On the 15th of January the ХVIII Spartakiad of the teaching staff and the personnel of the Sevastopol State Agrarian University started.
Spartakiad was opened by the volleyball competition. This sport is always of great interest to both fans and the players themselves, because the competitions are very spectacular. Teams tend not to give each other a single point; the outcome of the game is always unpredictable.
On January 16, the final matches of the volleyball competitions were over and the winners became the following faculties: the economics department became the champion, the second - the team of the faculties of agrobiology and land resources, ecology and landscape architecture, the third place - the electric power faculty. Faculty of mechanization of agriculture and the team of faculties of veterinary medicine, technological management took the 4th and 5th places respectively.
