24.01.2018

One of the key directions for the transformation of the Stavropol State University into the University Center for Innovative and Technological Development of the Stavropol Territory is the training of young entrepreneurs who are able not only to create new intellectual products, but also to commercialize the results of their activities.

At the Department of Entrepreneurship and World Economy of the Faculty of Economics of the Stavropol State University, an expert discussion "Formation of the methodological basis for a training program in technology entrepreneurship" was held, the conceptual basis of which was made up of the materials of the landmark Russian event - the 9th Gaidar Forum.

The development of technological entrepreneurship skills is not an easy task, the solutions to which, in the framework of the educational programs formation, must correspond to the current trends of social and economic development, the state of the business environment and the investment climate in the region.

Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and World Economy of the State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Professor Natalia Vladimirovna Bannikova, took part in the Gaidar Forum, which was held in the Russian Academy of Science and Technology (Moscow, January 16-18, 2018). As a result of the forum, she acquainted the staff of the Department of Agricultural University with the results of sessions and expert round tables , devoted to the topics: "What and how to teach the entrepreneur?", "How to prepare business leaders of the digital economy?", "Leading companies and universities: tasks and recipes of technological breakthrough".

“Russian and foreign participants of the Gaidar forum came to the conclusion that it is necessary to abandon the usual, but not always effective models of training in the face of explosive technologies and VUCA challenges. The development of the ability to remain flexible and to constantly learn is the only way to meet the expectations of the business community,” - said Natalia Vladimirovna in a conversation with her colleagues.

In the process of discussion and "brainstorming" the employees of the Department of Entrepreneurship and the World Economy formulated the basic principles and structure of educational modules, substantiated the necessary methodological methods of developing entrepreneurial thinking among students and young scientists. Teachers identified the immediate tasks for the working programs development.
