The staff of the Coordination Center for Transformation of the Stavropol State University in the University Center for Innovative and Technological Development of the Stavropol Territory took part in the conference "The Economy of the Stavropol Territory: Priority Selection".
The main organizers of the event, held on February 1, were the Ministry of Economic Development of the Stavropol Territory and the regional branch of the public organization of small and medium-sized businesses "OPORA Rossii".
The key issues of the conference were the project "Strategies for the socio-economic development of the Stavropol Territory until 2035" and the medium-term program of social and economic development of Russia "Growth Strategies", developed by the Institute of Growth Economy. P.A. Stolypin.
The report on the main issue was presented by Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Stavropol Territory Ustimenko Zhanna Borisovna. Representatives of the Stavropol universities, business, authorities, public organizations took part in the discussion of the draft strategy. From the Agrarian University, the conference was attended by the staff of the Coordination Center for Transformation of the State Agrarian University in the University Center of Innovative and Technological Development of the Stavropol Territory. In the course of the discussion, prospects for socio-economic development of the Stavropol Territory with regard to problem areas were outlined.
