A delegation of scientists from the Stavropol State University headed by the rector, a member of the Council on Science and Education under the President of the Russian Federation, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor V. I. Truhachev took part in the III Eurasian Scientific and Practical Conference, held on the 30th of January - 4th of February in Verona, Italy and visited one of the best agricultural exhibitions in Europe.
To participate in such a prestigious profile forum, seven scholars from Stavropol State Agrarian University representing different faculties were invited, led by Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Vladimir Ivanovich Truhachev, since the university won a grant from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. In a major meeting, one of the main goals of which was the preparation of the Concept of the Eurasian Interstate Program for Accelerated Livestock Development, scientists and specialists from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus and the Kyrgyz Republic participated.
Within the framework of the forum, representatives of the StGAU – the head of the delegation, rector, Academician of RAS, Professor V. I. Truhachev; vice-rector for scientific and innovative work, Ph.D. in veterinary sciences, Professor V. Yu. Morozov; Dean of the Faculties of Agrobiology and Land Resources, Ecology and Landscape Architecture, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexander Esaulko; Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Mechanization, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor E.V. Kulayev; Dean of the Power Engineering Faculty, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor M.A. Mastepanenko; Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor S.A. Oleinik; Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor A.N. Bobryshev - visited the exhibition center Fiera di Verona. It was here that the large-scale European exhibition "Fieragricola - 2018", which has a unique and long history.
The 113th International Exhibition of Machines, Services, Products for Agriculture and Animal Husbandry gathered around 700 exhibitors from 18 countries worldwide this year at its demonstration sites. Special attention of the scientists of StGAU was attracted by thematic pavilions dedicated to agromechanics, zoosystems, agroservice, bioenergy, plant protection. During the visit to the exposition "Fieragricola - 2018" they were able to get acquainted with new technologies of cultivation of land, application of fertilizers and feed, care of livestock and poultry, storage of crops; to see and evaluate the newest agricultural machines from world manufacturers - John Deere, CNH, Claas, Kuhn, Krone, New Holland, etc.
In the following days of the conference the participants discussed a number of Eurasian cooperation projects and interstate programs within the framework of the European agricultural technology platform. In particular, they directed their efforts to the preparation of the Concept of the Eurasian Intergospore Program "Accelerated livestock development based on modern water supply and pasture irrigation systems, autonomous energy supply, aerospace and electronic monitoring systems for pasture animals and their movement control, in-vitro cell biotechnologies for accelerated breeding of promising breeds of animals and integration into international markets for trade in genetic resources and food. "
This project, in which the main stake is made on high-precision agriculture, the participants are to implement in 2019-2028. The Stavropol State Agrarian University is among its coordinators. Agrarian university will direct all its efforts to implement a real symbiosis of science and practice, figuratively speaking, in order to "integrate man-made sensors with the living structure of agriculture."
Despite the long-term implementation period, it is necessary to feel and really evaluate the possibilities of a new technological way in the agro-industrial complex in the near future. The year is given for the development of the project, the year for its initial operation, and then the public-private partnership will come into effect, thanks to which highly professional competencies will be transferred to consumers in the agricultural sector. At the same time the formed chain "Science - development - implementation - production - logistics - consumer" should function impeccably, without breaks and delays.
In the created regional clusters, only radio-robotized (telecommunication) complexes will be located, where the physical level is fully developed automatically (about 100 sensors, taking into account a certain agricultural cycle), and a distributed global communication system operates - any range frequencies within the permitted limits of application, conveying exceptionally reliable data. In no way will the social sphere of rural areas be forgotten.
Perhaps for someone now it seems, at least, a fantastic global experiment from the discharge of the next. However, there is much to implement the project, and the other is simply not given, both analysts and developers believe. The food security of the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union is at stake, and integration into the international agrarian markets for trade in genetic resources and food becomes an over-the-top task, it is directly linked to the increase in the production of livestock products.
According to the participants of the Stavropol delegation, in general, the meeting in Verona will be an important starting point for further breakthrough in the agro-industrial complex - already on the basis of digital technologies. By the way, on the question "What was the most valuable on the trip?" The scientists of the Stavropol State Agrarian University answered with a considerable enumeration: "Promising ideas; invaluable experience of colleagues from the EEU countries, and not only the agrarians; useful close communication with specialists of agro-industrial complex and related industries; seen innovations, innovations in the format of the global agricultural industry; establishment of new connections for successful cooperation ".
- A clear impulse has been received in order to bring even more into the agrosphere of the region, not only from our university scientific community. It is important, in cooperation with other project participants, to reach the strategic level of solving urgent problems of the agro-industrial complex of Russia and other countries of the EEU. The final stage of the Eurasian Interstate Program on Accelerated Livestock Development will be the roundtable in the ECE, which will be held in Moscow on the 9th of February 2018, - the Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor V.I. Вероне (Италия), и посетила одну из лучших сельскохозяйственных выставок в Европе.
Для участия на столь престижный профильный форум были приглашены 7 учёных Ставропольского госдарственного аграрного университета, представляющих разные факультеты, во главе с Академиком РАН Владимиром Ивановичем Трухачевым, поскольку вузом был выигран грант Министерства образования и науки РФ. В крупном совещании, одной из главных целей которого стала подготовка Концепции Евразийской межгосударственной программы по ускоренному развитию животноводства, участвовали учёные и специалисты Российской Федерации, Республики Казахстан, Республики Армения, Республики Беларусь и Кыргызской Республики.
В рамках форума представители Ставропольского ГАУ – руководитель делегации, ректор, Академик РАН, профессор В. И. Трухачев; проректор по научной и инновационной работе, кандидат ветеринарных наук, профессор В. Ю. Морозов; декан факультетов агробиологии и земельных ресурсов, экологии и ландшафтной архитектуры, доктор сельскохозяйственных наук, профессор РАН А. Н. Есаулко; декан факультета механизации сельского хозяйства, кандидат технических наук, доцент Е. В. Кулаев; декан электроэнергетического факультета, кандидат технических наук, доцент М. А. Мастепаненко; доктор сельскохозяйственных наук, профессор С. А. Олейник; доктор экономических наук, доцент А. Н. Бобрышев – побывали в выставочном центре Fiera di Verona. Именно здесь развернулась масштабная европейская выставка «Fieragricola – 2018», имеющая уникальную и продолжительную историю.
113-я Международная выставка машин, услуг, продукции для сельского хозяйства и животноводства собрала в этом году на своих демонстрационных площадках около 700 экспонентов из 18 стран мира. Особое внимание учёных СтГАУ привлекли тематические павильоны, посвящённые агромеханике, зоосистемам, агросервису, биоэнергетике, защите растений. Во время посещения экспозиций «Fieragricola – 2018» они смогли ознакомиться с новыми технологиями обработки земли, применения удобрений и кормов, ухода за скотом и птицей, хранения урожая; увидеть и оценить новейшие сельскохозяйственные машины от мировых производителей – John Deere, CNH, Claas, Kuhn, Krone, New Holland и др.
В последующие дни конференции участники обсудили ряд евразийских кооперационных проектов и межгосударственных программ в рамках Европейской сельскохозяйственной технологической платформы. В частности, направили свои усилия на подготовку Концепции Евразийской межгоспрограммы «Ускоренное развитие животноводства на основе современных систем водоснабжения и орошения пастбищ, автономного энергообеспечения, аэрокосмических и электронных систем мониторинга пастбищных животных и управления их передвижением, клеточных биотехнологий in vitro для ускоренного разведения перспективных пород животных и интеграции в международные рынки торговли генетическими ресурсами и продуктами питания».
Данный проект, в котором главная ставка сделана на высокоточное сельское хозяйство, участникам предстоит реализовать в 2019–2028 гг. Ставропольский государственный аграрный университет – в числе его координаторов. Агровуз направит все свои усилия на то, чтобы осуществить настоящий симбиоз науки и практики, образно говоря, чтобы «срастить техногенные датчики с живой структурой сельского хозяйства».
Несмотря на перспективные сроки реализации, почувствовать и на деле оценить возможности нового технологического уклада в АПК требуется в ближайшее время. Год даётся на разработку проекта, год – на его первичную эксплуатацию, а дальше вступит в силу частно-государственное партнёрство, благодаря которому высокопрофессиональные компетенции будут передаваться потребителям в сельскохозяйственной отрасли. При этом сформированная цепочка «Наука – разработка – внедрение – производство – логистика – потребитель» должна функционировать безукоризненно, без разрывов и промедлений.
В созданных региональных кластерах будут располагаться исключительно радиоробототизированные (телекоммуникационные) комплексы, где физический уровень отрабатывается полностью автоматически (порядка 100 датчиков с учётом определённого сельскохозяйственного цикла), и работать система распределённой глобальной связи – любых диапазонных частот в разрешённых пределах применения, передающая исключительно достоверные данные. Ни в коей мере не будет забыта и социальная сфера сельских территорий.
Возможно для кого-то сейчас это кажется, по меньшей мере, фантастическим глобальным экспериментом из разряда очередных. Однако для воплощения проекта в жизнь уже многое есть, да и другого просто не дано, считают как аналитики, так и его разработчики. На карту поставлено обеспечение Продовольственной безопасности стран-участниц Евразийского экономического союза, и интеграция в международные аграрные рынки торговли генетическими ресурсами и продуктами питания становится задачей сверхактуальной, именно с ней напрямую связано увеличение производства продуктов животноводства.
По мнению участников ставропольской делегации, в целом, совещание в Вероне станет важной отправной точкой для дальнейшего прорыва АПК – уже на основе цифровых технологий. Кстати, на вопрос «Что было наиболее ценным в поездке?» учёные Ставропольского госагроуниверситета ответили немалым перечислением: «Перспективные идеи; бесценный опыт коллег из стран ЕАЭС, и не только аграриев; полезное тесное общение со специалистами АПК и смежных отраслей; увиденные новинки, инновации в формате мировой сельскохозяйственной отрасли; установление новых связей для успешного сотрудничества».
– Получен чёткий импульс для того, чтобы ещё больше привнести в агросферу региона, причём не только со стороны нашего вузовского научного сообщества. Важно в кооперации с другими участниками проекта выйти на стратегический уровень решения актуальных задач АПК России и других стран ЕАЭС. Завершающим этапом над Концепцией Евразийской межгосударственной программы по ускоренному развитию животноводства станет круглый стол в ЕЭК, который пройдёт в Москве 9 февраля 2018 года, – подытожил возглавивший данный проект Академик РАН, профессор В. И. Трухачев.
