With the song "We are a united country" the vocal studio "Provans" of the Stavropol State Agrarian University became the winner of the XXV Interregional festival-contest "Soldier's envelope".

On February 1, the jubilee festival-competition of the patriotic song "Soldier's Envelope" was held in Stavropol. The geography of the contest this year was particularly extensive: Astrakhan, Saratov, Rostov, Moscow and St. Petersburg, hero cities Volgograd and Sevastopol, Krasnodar Territory and Adygea.

For a quarter of a century the festival is pleased with the talents of its viewers, the 10th time - in the status of interregional. In 2018 it was dedicated to two memorable dates in the history of the Great Patriotic War - the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the Stavropol Territory from the Nazi invaders and the anniversary of victory in the Battle of Stalingrad.

Among the founders and organizers are Government of the Stavropol Territory, the Stavropol Youth Union, the administration of Stavropol, and the youth patriotic center Mashuk. It should be noted that the "Soldatsky Envelope" project was supported for the first time by the Council of Rectors of the Stavropol Territory, headed by the rector of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor Vladimir Truhachev, who established special prizes for the best performers are students. In addition to increasing the prize fund of the festival, it became possible to hold it at a higher technical level.

Competent jury of the contest was represented by well-known cultural figures, including Honored Artist of Russia, director of the Cossack Song and Dance Ensemble "Stavropol" Ivan Gromakov; teacher of the Stavropol Regional College of Arts, choirmaster of the thousandth children's choir Alexander Ostroverkhov; the vocal teacher, the owner of the Grand Prix of the Soldier Envelope in 2014, Ilyas Batchaev; Honored worker of Russian culture, director of the Lermontov Regional Academic Drama Theater Yevgeny Lugansky, where he completed the final gala concert during 2.5 hours.

On the screen flashed piercing photo chronicles of the war years, soldiers' envelopes-triangles from the front, preserved from their relatives, and from the stage songs were shedding about the greatness of the Motherland and the immortality of those who gave their lives for it.

In the opinion of all who then congratulated the winners and laureates of the festival, this program can not only be called grandiose, but also broadcasted from the highest scaffold of our country. So interesting she was in directing, diverse in content, powerful in energy and patriotic heat. More than five thousand solo performers and vocal collectives sought in this prestigious contest to win. But the main thing is that everyone by their performance, the language of music showed: our grandfathers and great-grandfathers stood at a terrible price. We are all bequeathed to carry this historical memory through the years, and therefore the connection of generations must be inseparable.

Among the 25 best creative numbers of the gala concert, the performance of the Provance vocal studio of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, which sang about the great Russia, the unity of the nation and won the title of the winner of the XXVI Soldatsky Envelope festival, was also worthy.
