Active and socially active become "potaninets"

15 master students of the Stavropol State Agrarian University continued the competition for the right to become personal scholarship holders of the Vladimir Potanin Charitable Foundation. The second full-time tour of the prestigious scholarship competition on February 8 was held at the Don State Technical University.

From January 26 to February 10, the second round of the Vladimir Potanin Charitable Foundation scholarship competition is taking place in 8 cities of Russia. In total, nearly 2 thousand people take part in the competition. Tests are held in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Tyumen, Krasnoyarsk, Tomsk and Vladivostok. Among the cities holding the full-time tour of the contest and the city of Rostov-on-Don, where in this event, the starting base of the base university of the Rostov region, Stavropol master students-agrarians participate.

In total, 114 students from 7 universities of Russia are involved in the event. In addition to the Stavropol State Agrarian University and the base Don State Technical University, representatives of the Southern Federal University, Pyatigorsk State Linguistic University, the National Research Nuclear University "MEPhI", the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation and the North Caucasus Federal University came to compete.

Traditionally, the tests were already going on in microgroups in the form of business and at the same time creative game, during which it was required to flash erudition, show presentation skills, demonstrate organizational qualities, leadership abilities and not only. "Potaninets" become able to navigate in the development trends of various spheres of life and work in a team. In total, 114 students from 7 universities of Russia are involved in the event. Now 15 master students of the Stavropol State Agrarian University are striving to succeed: Anisimova Angelina, Guntner Angelica, Zuyev Petr, Kravchenko Anastasia, Mann Anastasia, Nikolaev Artem, Khodjayan Sergey (Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources); Dauvalter Ivan, Lelikova Ekaterina, Evdokimov Dmitri (Accounting and Finance Faculty); Blinova Yulia, Rubtsov Eugene, Serikova Veronika (Faculty of Economics); Zatonskaya Liana and Shpak Vadim (Electric power Faculty).

According to the project manager of the Daria Bolotinskaya Foundation: "Student selection for Vladimir Potanin's scholarship is a very unusual exam that tests not only the outlook, but also leadership potential, social activity and motivation for development. All participants in the selection receive a powerful creative impulse, a charge of positive energy and a lot of new ideas for further work. Despite the formal competition, this is an excellent experience of teamwork and project work. "

According to the results of the two rounds of the scholarship competition, experts will determine 500 winners who will receive Vladimir Potanin’s scholarship in the amount of 20 thousand rubles starting from February 2018 until the end of the Master's program
