The manager of Stavropol Branch No. 5230 of the South-Western Bank of PJSC Sberbank of Russia Alexey Chvanov delivered an open lecture at the Agrarian University. The issues of development and introduction of the newest technologies in the banking and financial system of the country became the topic of discussion with students of the Accounting and Financial department of the Stavropol State Agrarian University.
In an era when the world community is on the verge of an information and technological revolution, it is especially important for young people to develop harmoniously, says Alexei Chvanov, the manager of the Stavropol Branch No. 5230 of the South-Western Bank of PJSC Sberbank of Russia.
In 2019, according to the forecast of Ray Kurzweil, a well-known foreign inventor and futurist, many countries of the world will completely switch to a wireless data transmission system. So, by 2021 85% of the Earth's surface will be covered with a wireless Internet connection, and until 2025 a mass market of gadget implants is expected.
This can not but be reflected in the labor market, where the new professions will also replace the habitual professions! In particular, the changes will affect the agricultural sector. By 2020, new training programs are expected here in such areas as agroinformatics and agro-cybernetics. These specialists will be engaged in the introduction of new technologies, information and automation of agricultural enterprises in general. Their main task will be the development and implementation of technological solutions for the optimization of production, including the creation of sensors, droids, agrobots and other "smart systems."
The manager of the Stavropol branch of the Savings Bank, Alexey Chvanov, invited students to get acquainted with the online resource "Atlas of Professions", where the experts of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives presented a list of 186 new professions that will appear by 2030. Among the priority - the profession of cosmobiologist, meteorology, science-artist, designer of home robots, city-farmer, designer of virtual worlds, engineer-cosmodrome, programmer of electronic clothing recipes, child psychological safety specialist.
Alexei Sergeyevich stressed that the emergence of new professions is also expected in the financial sector. For example, "in price" will be an appraiser of intellectual property, that is, a specialist who determines the value of intangible assets - such as ideas, business models, inventions, material and social technologies, and so on.
"This profession already exists in Russia, but the demand for it so far exceeds supply," comments Alexei Chvanov. - According to the portal HeadHunter, for July 2014 for 14 vacancies had only two resumes. Officially, this profession will appear after 2020.
But, for example, the manager of the private equity fund of talented people is destined to engage in the formation of a "portfolio" of talented specialists whose educational and career paths will need to be accompanied in terms of maximizing the incomes of these same employees and, accordingly, the income of the fund itself.
In connection with the imminent unprecedented future of the students of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, I was certainly interested in the question: what qualities should a specialist from this future have? The lecturer singled out 4 directions, which, in his opinion, it is necessary to develop in oneself: this is the ability to prioritize, adaptability and readiness to learn, the ability to control energy, observe a balance of ambition and psychological safety.
And what did Sberbank do for this promotion of young intellectuals in the future? Recall that, in conjunction with Google PJSC Sberbank has developed an online business course for start-up entrepreneurs, and it is completely free!
