Учёные СтГАУ, представляющие факультеты ветеринарной медицины, технологического менеджмента, агробиологии и земельных ресурсов, при содействии специалистов комитета Ставропольского края по пищевой и перерабатывающей промышленности, торговле и лицензированию провели анализ состояния пищевого подкомплекса АПК Ставропольского края, включающий предприятия по переработке молока, мяса, зерна, овощей, фруктов и винограда.
