The results of the II contest of professional skills in insurance

Participants of the competition, organized by the staff of the Department of Finance, Credit and Insurance, jointly with the insurance company SOGAZ, were four student teams of the Accounting and Finance Faculty of the Stavropol State Agrarian University.

On March 21, the 2^nd Professional Competence Competition took place, in which the following teams competed: Timeback (3^rd year, Economics, Finance and Credit profile), Strakholudy (3^rd year, Economics Security) and two teams of students of the 4^th year of study of “Economics”, the profile “Finance and Credit” – “Insurance and Risks” and “Granat”.

According to the organizers, the competition was designed to intensify the research, public, creative activities of students and increase their interest in learning; competition meant stimulating the achievements of students. The competitions were held in three stages. At the first stage, the tender commission selected candidates. At the second stage, the contestants carried out various tasks that allowed assessing both the individual level of their preparation and the team work as a whole, including the practical skills of future specialists. This stage was conducted with the participation of the representative of the insurance company SOGAZ JSC - the leading specialist of the retail sales department of the Stavropol branch of SOGAZ JSC, Julia Adzhametova.

On the basis of the final - III stage, students were awarded. The competent jury included Tatyana Dovgaya, chief specialist of the retail sales department of SOGAZ JSC, Marina Agaurova, head of the sales, products, welfare department of Stavropol branch of Sberbank, who noted the high level of training of the contestants, their professionalism and ability to work in a team, creativity in solving complex problems of development of the insurance market.

The best team of farmers was recognized as the “Insurance and Risks” team of 4^th year students (“Economics”, “Finance and Credit” profile). All its participants were awarded diplomas and valuable prizes from the insurance company SOGAZ JSC and Stavropol State Agrarian University.

They showed excellent knowledge and team captains, participating in the scholarship competition. They were awarded special prizes from SOGAZ JSC and Stavropol branch of Sberbank.

The title of “Best Analyst” was awarded to Laipanov Zaur, a third-year student of the specialty “Economic Security”.

“The best captain” is Sarapiy Vasily, a student of the 4^th year of Economics, the profile of Finance and Credit.

“The Best Insurer” Lebedeva Elena is studying at the 3^rd year (direction of preparation “Economics”, profile “Finance and credit”).

“The Best Insurance Agent” - Mutchaeva Marina, a 3^rd year student of the specialty “Economic Security”.

“Intellectual” became Bytdaeva Farida, a student of the 4^th year (direction “Economics”, profile “Finance and credit”).

Each participant of the teams that competed in the competition for professional skill in insurance was awarded valuable gifts, and the winners received an invitation for an internship at SOGAZ.
