Of the 18 applications submitted to the St. Petersburg Technical Fair, 3 gold and 8 silver medals were awarded to the latest developments of representatives of the scientific community of the Stavropol State Agrarian University.
From March 20 to 22 in St. Petersburg, in ExpoForum, the St. Petersburg Technical Fair was held, which is rightfully called “a review of advanced ideas”. Exhibition “High Technologies. Innovation. Investments” (HI-TECH), held within the framework of the St. Petersburg Technical Fair, since 1996 is the first event in Russia to promote high technologies, innovations and investment projects in the scientific and technical sphere.
Every year the event is supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and the Government of St. Petersburg. Participants of HI-TECH are state scientific centres, research institutes, universities, industrial enterprises, techno parks, regional expositions, which represent their innovative achievements.
One of the key opportunities for its participants is to prove themselves in the contest “The best innovation project and the best scientific and technical development of the year”. Established by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Russia, this contest has been stimulating the activity of organizations in the field of innovative technologies for more than 20 years. The Expert Council, which consists of the specialists of the Scientific Research Institute - the Republican Scientific Research and Consulting Centre of Expertise, chose the best of the best. According to them, the contest “The Best Innovative Project and the Best Scientific and Technical Development of the Year” is exactly the case where not only victory but also participation is important. Each submitted project proves that innovation activity is flourishing and the organization is on the right track.
By sending 18 applications to the contest, the latest scientific developments were demonstrated by the scientists of the Stavropol State Agrarian University.
As a result, three gold medals awarded with first-degree diplomas were awarded the following design:
- “Optimization of parameters for forecasting crop yields using multi-factor models and GIS technologies” (Faculty of Agro Biology and Land Resources);
- “Apparatus for processing liquid manure and sewage of livestock enterprises in the vortex layer of ferromagnetic particles” (electric power faculty);
- “Hardware-software complex for diagnosing interterm isolation of an electric motor according to the EMF of self-induction” (Electric Power Faculty).
Eight silver medals and diplomas of II degree were awarded to:
- “Resource-saving technologies and technical means for grinding grain materials in the production of balanced feed mixtures” (Electric Power Faculty);
- “Automated control system of the electric grid enterprise” (Electric Power Faculty);
- “Installation complex for presowing seed treatment by a pulsed electric field” (Electric Power Faculty);
- “Device and method for express diagnostics of dermatitis in animals” (Faculty of Veterinary Medicine);
- “Automated information complex of software products for assessing the potential of agricultural organizations and identifying points of economic security growth” (Accounting and Finance Faculty);
- “Automated system for analyzing financial statements and assessing the financial condition of agribusiness organizations” (Accounting and Finance Faculty);
- “AIS Modelling Reproductive Policy of Agrarian Formations”(Accounting and Finance Faculty);
- “Program for analyzing and storing the results of monitoring sites with honeycombs” (Faculty of Economics).
Another seven works received special diplomas of the contest participants:
- “A way to increase the fertility of chernozem leached by the joint application of phosphogypsum and zinc ore concentrate” (Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources);
- “Complex method of preservation and formation of sustainable immunity in productive animals with the use of environmentally friendly means” (Faculty of Veterinary Medicine);
- “Method of preparation and method of application of import-substituting biologically active additive for the formation of health in animals” (Faculty of Veterinary Medicine);
- “Device for storage and recovery of potatoes and root crops” (Faculty of Agricultural Mechanization);
- “Milking machine with physiologically adaptive milking regime” (Electric Power Faculty);
- “AIS Formation of reporting on the financial and economic state of the peasant (farming) economy” (Accounting and Finance Faculty);
- “Program module of the information system” Labour market research for sustainability” (Economics Faculty).
