Training on additional professional development program “Project Management” was completed by administrative and academic staff of the Stavropol State Agrarian University.
The need to train employees for an additional professional development program “Project Management” is dictated by the transformation of an agricultural university into the University Centre for Innovative and Technological Development of the Stavropol Territory. Among the 30 students of the program were vice-rectors of SSAU, deans of faculties, heads of a number of structural subdivisions, teachers of the departments of management, business and the global economy.
Within five days the students got acquainted with the project management methods in various fields of activity, including the higher school. The received theoretical knowledge was fixed by them in practice at solving of various situational problems.
Studies were conducted by Veniamin Mikhailovich Kizeev, who arrived in Stavropol State Agrarian University from Tomsk. Being an expert in managing projects and innovations of the National Training Foundation, as well as the Director of the Investment Management Group of WIN Corp., V.M. Kizeev shared his personal experience in the preparation and implementation of management projects, including in the field of education. The teacher also answered questions from the students of the program and provided cosultancy.
