On April 13 professors and students of the Economics Department took part in the 6th International Scientific and Practical Conference held in Limassol, Cyprus.
The work of the International Multiprofile Scientific and Practical Conferences on the basis of the Stavropol State Agrarian University has become traditional for the Economics Department within the framework of the strategic partnership agreement with ANO "The Institute of Scientific Communications". The result of the event is the opportunity to get acquainted with the latest theoretical, methodological and practical developments of researchers from different regions of Russia and foreign countries, and communicate with colleagues online.
On April 13 foreign scientists from Great Britain and the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as researchers from Moscow, Volgograd, Samara, Voronezh, Lipetsk, Rostov-on-Don, Vladimir, Novocherkassk, Saratov, Stavropol, Tambov and Kirov became participants of the conference.
On the basis of the Stavropol State Agrarian University an interactive platform was created, in which professors and students of the Economics Department of the university, led by the dean, PhD in Economics, professor Olga Nikolaevna Kusakina, took part.
The urgency of the conference is justified by the attention of the international community to the development of modern long term economic cooperation in the context of globalization.
At the conference, scientists presented papers focusing on the applied and theoretical aspects of the problem under consideration. For example, Aidarbek Toktorovich Gyazov, director of the Institute of Economics and Technology of Batken State University, Kyzyl-Kiya, Kyrgyz Republic, spoke about the stability of the state's financial system in the world economy. The report of Tatyana Victorovna Polyakova, a graduate student at the University of Leicester, School of Business, UK was devoted to the branding of small towns and their promising development. The topic of the report of Elena Gennadyevna Popova, president of the Institute of Scientific Communications, was the management of the world financial system based on artificial intelligence: opportunities and limitations.
Natalia Valerievna Vorobyova, Assistant Professor of the Department of Entrepreneurship and World Economy, delivered a presentation "The Impact of Financial Resources on the Functioning of Russian Organizations with Foreign Investments". The results of the cluster analysis of organizations with foreign investment in the federal districts of Russia and the correlation-regression relationship between investment and production volumes aroused keen interest among the participants of the online conference.
