A team of students from our university "StavRybAgro" presented a business plan for growing sturgeon and greens and won the final part of the VI Intellectual game "The Beginner Farmer". The team members - Kolesnikov Kirill, Digovtsov Georgy and Boyko Kirill - students of the Electric Power Department; Bogachenko Olga is a student of the Faculty of Economics; Polnikova Ksenia is a student of the Faculty of VI Intellectual game "Novice farmer" was held on 23-24th of April in Moscow, namely – In the public chamber of the Russian Federation. The event is organized by the Russian Union of rural youth.
The authors of the best business plans gathered in Moscow for the final. This long-awaited event was attended by 37 teams from agricultural universities and Colleges. The team passed the pre-defense developed projects. The participants presented their projects and posters, as well as answered questions from experts, which were representatives of the Ministry of agriculture of Russia, the Federal Agency for youth Affairs, the Association of peasant (farmer) farms and agricultural cooperatives of Russia, VNIIESH, JSC "Rosagroleasing", JSC "Russian agricultural Bank", head of the(f)X and members of the Russian Union of rural youth.
The jury particularly noted the level of maturity of the topics and style of presentation team members "StavRybAgro". Semifinal expert Kostyuk R. V. is the head of the national Union of beef producers noted: "This project does not need additional comments after the report, as the level of preparation of the business plan is much higher than that of student projects. I recommend you to apply to your project not only to the Ministry of agriculture, but also to develop in the form of acceleration program".
The program "StavRybAgro" consisted of tasting parts, materials, animated presentations and colorful video. The jury's interest was expressed by the questions asked, to which the team responded confidently. Students of Stavropol State Agrarian university in the final part were the first and their presentation showed the level that is worthy of victory.
Awarding of the winners of the Game was held in the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation. Team members received their awards from the hands of state Secretary, first Deputy Minister of agriculture of the Russian Federation Ivan Lebedev.
When awarding special attention to the representatives of the expert Commission was paid to the team of the Stavropol State Agrarian university "StavRybAgro" and awarded its representatives a memorial of the Grand Prix gifts from the JSC "Rosselkhozbank" and from Oleg Sirota who is medium farmer, the Creator of the Russian cheese – Parmesan.
The game "Beginning farmer" is being implemented by the Russian Union of rural youth, together with the Ministry of Agriculture with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation in the development of students ' skills of Business planning in agriculture, Management, Economics and Management of Agricultural organizations, collecting and analyzing information, making management decisions and ability to work in a team. The projects of the winners of the game will be recommended to participate in the departmental target program "Support of beginning farmers". Thus, the business plans of young farmers will have a very real opportunity to realize.
