From April 18 to 20, 2018, the School of Youth Coaches of the North Caucasus Federal District was held on the basis of the North Caucasus Federal University, in which students from the Agrarian University took part: Yana Nikonova, Victoria Svetlichnaya - Accounting and Finance Faculty, Anastasia Kutsaeva - Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Olga Dolgopolova - Faculty of Ecology and Landscape Architecture.
The organizers of the project were the Association of Trainers of the All-Russian Public Organization "Russian Youth Union" and the Agency of Youth Initiatives "Vector".
Students from six regions of the North Caucasus Federal District and the Southern Federal District gathered in Stavropol, who are interested in developing the skills of conducting educational blocks for student youth and using a variety of interactive teaching methods.
Trainers of the educational program were representatives of the Association of Trainers of the All-Russian Public Organization "Russian Youth Union". With the help of them for three days, the young people learned what distinguishes a trainer from an ordinary person, developed educational products, mastered various methods of moderation work with the group, took part in interactive sessions on the development of non-formal education of student youth, and also discussed the creation and development of a regional training center.
