Scientists of Russia and Europe discussed the innovative and technological development of socio-economic systems

On May 22, 2018 in the Stavropol State Agrarian University an International Scientific and Practical Conference "Information, analytical, legal and marketing support of innovative technological development of socio-economic systems in the context of globalization" was held.
The event was organized by the teaching staff of the Faculty of Economics and was conducted in accordance with the Roadmap of the Program for the Transformation of the Stavropol State Agrarian University into the University Center for Innovative and Technological Development of the Stavropol Territory.
The participants of this large-scale event were scientists from 7 countries: Russia, the Netherlands, Poland, Ukraine, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Hungary.
Among the organizers of the conference were: the Ministry of Agriculture of the ST, the Ministry of Economic Development of the ST, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the ST, the Office of the Federal Treasury for the Stavropol Territory, the ANO "Institute for Scientific Communications", the International Social Science Institute (Erasmus University), the Warsaw University of Natural Sciences, Graduate School of Economics and Management (Slovakia), Czech University of Natural Sciences, University of Debrecen (Hungary), Slovak Agrarian University, all-Russian Research Institute of Economics and Standards, FSC of Agrarian Economics and Social Development of Rural Territories and others.
The active interest in the event was shown by scientists and practitioners, academicians of the Russian Academy of Sciences and more than hundreds of doctors and candidates of sciences. The conference participants were provided with scientific material, which became a compilation in two volumes, including more than 200 articles.
Vitaly Morozov, vice-rector for Scientific and Innovative Work of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, delivered a welcoming speech.
In the course of the plenary session, reports were given by the guests - assistant professor of the Department of World Economy and International Economic Relations of the Don State Technical University Pavel Taranova and Deputy Dean for Science of the Faculty of Management of the Southern Federal University Anton Murzin.
With the help of direct inclusion from Warsaw, the event was attended by Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor of Management, Warsaw University of Natural Sciences Petr Borowski.
After the plenary session, the conference continued its work in the form of sections, in which representatives of various universities and organizations took part, including in the format of videoconferencing with other Russian cities.
As part of the work of Section 1, the issues of innovative and technological aspects of the development of entrepreneurship in the context of global challenges of modern times, the modernization strategy in Russia, related to the problems of the agro-industrial complex and food markets and institutional mechanisms for the transformation of the social and economic system of Russia were discussed.
The scientific problems discussed during the polemic in this section contribute to the implementation of one of the key goals of the Stavropol SAU transformation program - the development of cooperation with small and medium-sized businesses, large companies, including participants in innovative and industrial clusters of the region and other associations, in order to expand the scope of R&D competencies.

The reports of Section No. 2 were devoted to the study of the problems of introducing modern management and marketing technologies in the development of socio-economic systems in the context of globalization, the impact of the digital economy and information and analytical support of innovative development of socio-economic systems.
During the conference, topical issues of marketing research and identification of promising directions for the development of pilot technological projects for the development of the promising market "FoodNet" of the Stavropol Territory were also considered.
In the course of the work of section No. 3, issues of social vectors for economic modernization and legal support for the development of socio-economic relations in the process of world public dynamics were discussed.
The participants emphasized the need for creating conditions for innovative and technological development of socio-economic systems in the context of globalization and the digitalization of the economy. Most speakers agreed that a significant number of aspects of the problem under discussion remain controversial, especially theoretically.
The reports and scientific discussions showed an increased level of economic science and significant innovative potential of the presented works. The guests also noted the high scientific level of the conference held and drew attention to the special role of the university as an expert and scientific innovation center for the development and mainstreaming of the socio-economic development strategy of the Stavropol Territory as the University Center for Innovative and Technological Development of the Region.
To date, the university has created all the conditions for the interaction of the Stavropol SAU with research organizations of the region, government institutions and business aimed at increasing the effectiveness of scientific research and technological developments, which helps to attract talented young scientists to the university in the framework of the competence for introduction and development of promising projects in the digital economy.
