Basketball players of the Agrarian University were qualified for the final of the Universiade of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation

From the 21st to the 24th of May there were regional basketball competitions in Krasnodar. In the Championship of the South / North Caucasus Division, 5 teams took part: the Stavropol State Agrarian University, the Kabardino-Balkarian State Automobile Inspection, the Don State Agricultural University, the Volgograd State University and the Kuban State University.

The men's team of our university won all the rivals with a big advantage. In the finals, the Stavropol students fought against the team of the Kuban State Technical University, where they won a confident victory with a score of 91:70.

Now they must train for the finals of the VII Summer Universiade of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, which will be held in Saratov from July 7 to 14 this year.
