Stavropol State Agrarian University hosted a meeting between the head of the Stavropol Branch of the South-Western Bank of PJSC "Sberbank of Russia" DO 5230/0123 Andrei Aleksandrovich Dyachenko and the head of the Stavropol Branch of the South-Western Bank of PJSC "Sberbank of Russia" DO 5230/0131 Julia Viktorovna Astashkina with students of the accounting- Finance Faculty of the specialty "Finance and Credit" organized by the Department of Financial Management and Banking together with the analyst of the Personnel Selection and Adaptation Department Babenko Darya Mikhailovna.
The meeting was devoted to the creation of a specialized Personnel Selection Center for PJSC Sberbank. The need to open such a center is due to the great need of the bank for new employees connected with the constant expansion of business. The tasks of the new structure will include the search and selection of personnel for the most popular positions - consultants for banking products, specialists in direct sales and servicing individuals, contact center specialists, underwriters, client managers.
Such a form of cooperation with educational institutions makes it possible not only to form a reserve pool of the bank, but also to designate the universities modern requirements of the Savings Bank for the training of young specialists and popularize the mass banking professions.
Throughout the meeting, bank specialists communicated with students and helped to choose the directions of interest to them in practice and in the future work. Representatives of the bank told the audience about the position of a consultant on banking products, which students claim, revealed the secrets of successful employment, advising the children, based on their own experience, to constantly show initiative, to strive for self-development without fear of starting from scratch, and also conducted a questionnaire after which appoint a meeting with the head of the department. In addition, special attention was paid to issues of wages, prospects for career development and motivation to work in a bank.
By the end of the meeting, the business atmosphere became more friendly, the guys asked many personal questions, to which Andrei Alexandrovich and Yulia Viktorovna responded easily and with pleasure. The meeting made a strong impression on students, and the decision to create a specialized center was very pleased with the audience.
