The final stage of the All-Russian competition for the best scientific work among university students of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation was held in SSAU

From 29 to 30 May 2018 at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the Stavropol State Agrarian University the final stage of the All-Russian competition for the best scientific work among students of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia was held. Our university is the site of an event of this magnitude since 2015.

This event gathered representatives of 25 regions within the university - the future of Veterinary Science in Russia. During the intensive program of the visit the participants got acquainted with the scientific, educational and material-technical base of the faculty of veterinary medicine of the Stavropol SAU.

The day of competitive tests was held in two categories "Veterinary Sciences", in which graduate students and young scientists and "Veterinary" participated - for students of veterinary faculties.

In the nomination "Veterinary Sciences" the jury included:

Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev - Rector of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor, Doctor of Economics, Professor;

Kvochko Andrey Nikolaevich - Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Head of the Department of Physiology, Surgery and Obstetrics, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, Member of the Higher Attestation Commission for Zootechnical and Veterinary Sciences;

Medvedeva Larisa Vyacheslavovna - Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Head of the Department of Surgery and Obstetrics of the Altai State Agrarian University;

Ostrikova Eleonora Evgenevna - doctor of agricultural sciences, associate professor, representative of the EMA in the sphere of higher education in the EGSA 36.00.00 "Veterinary and Zootechnics" of the universities of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the Don State Agrarian University;

Seitov Marat Sultanovich - Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Non-Communicable Animal Diseases of the Orenburg State Agrarian University;

Salautin Vladimir Vasilyevich - Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Morphology, Animal Pathology and Biology of the Saratov State Agrarian University named after N.I. Vavilov;

Tiunova Anna Alexandrovna - Head of the Department of Agricultural Counseling and Retraining of the Personnel of the Department of Science and Technology Policy and Education of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.

Skripkin Valentin Sergeevich - candidate of veterinary sciences, associate professor, representative of EMA in the sphere of higher education in EGSA 36.00.00 "Veterinary and zootechnics" of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, dean of the faculties of veterinary medicine and technological management of the Stavropol State Agrarian University;

Sotnikova Larisa Fedorovna - Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Biology and Pathology of Small Home, Laboratory and Exotic Animals of the Moscow State Academy of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology - MBA named after K.I. Scriabin;

Mkrtchan Manya Eduardovna - Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Biology, Ecology and Histology of the St. Petersburg Academy of Veterinary Medicine;

Eryomin Sergey Petrovich - doctor of veterinary sciences, professor, Head of the Department of private zootechny, breeding and breeding of the Nizhny Novgorod State Agricultural Academy;

Tiunova Anna Alexandrovna - Head of the Department of Agricultural Counseling and Retraining of the Personnel of the Department of Science and Technology Policy and Education of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.

In each section, the commissions heard 21 scientific papers. According to the results of the participants' speeches, the winners and prize-winners of the contest in the nomination "Veterinary Sciences" are:

I place - Varava Artem Evgenievich (Don State Agrarian University)

II place - Gorbach Aleksandr Aleksandrovich (Belgorod State Agrarian University named after V.Ya. Gorin)

III place - Chernikov Alexey Nikolaevich (Stavropol State Agrarian University)

In the nomination "Veterinary" the jury noted the following participants:

I place - Mironenko Alexey Viktorovich (Moscow state academy of veterinary medicine and biotechnology - MBA named after KI Skryabin).

II place - Kastarnova Elena Sergeevna (Stavropol State Agrarian University).

III place - Alexandra Vladimirovna Sviridova (St. Petersburg State Academy of Veterinary Medicine).

The solemn ceremony of closing the competition was greeted by the creative teams of the Stavropol SAU. All prize-winners were awarded with diplomas and memorable gifts. Rector of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor V.I. Trukhachev thanked the leadership of all universities that delegated the participants of the competition, wished him further scientific successes in science and accomplished the most daring creative ideas.

In response, the commission of experts thanked the rector of our university, noted the high organization of the contest, all-round assistance, support and attention from the administration of the university.
