Meeting of SSAU representatives with residents of the Skolkovo Foundation

May 29, 2018 in the Stavropol business accelerator "Stavbeet" a meeting with representatives of the fund "Skolkovo." The main organizers of the event were the Ministry of Economic Development of the Stavropol Territory.

From the Stavropol State Agrarian University, the event was attended by the staff of the Coordinating Center for the Transformation of the University at the Center for Innovative and Technological Development of the Stavropol Territory, the founders of small innovative enterprises, winners of the intellectual game "The Beginner Farmer", undergraduates and graduate students of the university. Participation was carried out within the framework of task 6 of the transformation program "Development of the innovative ecosystem of the Stavropol SAU on the principles of self-organization, self-regulation and self-development, characterized by input and output streams of ideas aimed at commercializing the results of intellectual activity, the inseparable transformation of the innovative idea into a transaction."

The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Stavropol Territory Irina Kuvaldina, Minister of Economic Development of the Territory Valery Sizov, Minister of Education of the region Evgeny Kozyura, representatives of municipalities, teachers of schools and universities, entrepreneurs of the region.

The information reason for the meeting was the working meeting of the Governor of Stavropol Vladimir Vladimirov and the chairman of the board of directors of the Renova group of companies, the president of the Skolkovo fund Viktor Vekselberg, which took place on the eve of the 22nd St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The main theme was the implementation of investment projects of the Renova Group in the Stavropol Territory. In particular, they are related to the modernization of the housing and communal services, cooperation with the Skolkovo Foundation, including the development of the Kvantorium children's technopark, and the creation of an IT park in the region.

On measures to support innovators and the mechanism for obtaining the status of a resident of Skolkovo, said Alexander Okunev, head of the regional development department of the fund.

The presentations of the Skolkovo participants' companies were also held: Yaklass LLC, GlobalLab LLC, RennuolLab LLC, Helge Lab LLC.

The participants exchanged useful contacts, which in future will contribute to a more active formation of start-ups, business teams and small innovative enterprises on the basis of the engineering center of the Stavropol SAU.
