The staff of the Department of Agrochemistry and Plant Physiology acted as organizers of the Field Day, held by the head of the Peasant Farm Economy Kolesnikov A.P. in the village of Rashevatskaya, Novoaleksandrovsky district of the Stavropol Territory.
The transformation program of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education in the Stavropol State Agrarian University to the Center for Innovative and Technological Development of the Stavropol Territory contains the task of "Creating an engineering center for the agro-industrial complex of the Stavropol Territory, providing technological and business infrastructure to assist companies in implementing projects in the areas of development of the promising market" FoodNet "in the Stavropol Territory" . As part of the implementation of these goals and the National Technology Initiative to promote innovative research and development projects that promote import substitution in the agro-industrial complex, based on the farm Kolesnikova A.P. in the village of Rashevatskaya Novoaleksandrovsky district, a seminar-meeting "Field Day of 2018" was held, organized by representatives of our university and "Bayer" company, in addition to the host country.
With a salutatory word, the participants of the event were addressed by the head of the peasant farm Alexander Petrovich Kolesnikov.
In total, more than 80 people took part in the seminar. Employees of the Department of Agrochemistry and Plant Physiology, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexander Nikolaevich Esaulko, associate professors of the department Maxim Sergeevich Sigida and Eugene Valerievich Golosnoy made a report "Experience in optimizing the mineral nutrition of winter wheat". Also, protection features of intensive varieties of winter wheat were considered.
During the seminar, a visit to the demonstration field was carried out and the variants of winter wheat protection schemes (Bayer company) and winter wheat and winter barley varieties of the Zernograd selection were inspected.
