The early summer is the beginning of change!

It was under this motto at the faculties of Agrobiology and Land Resources and Ecology and Landscape Architecture of the Stavropol State Agrarian University that the report-elective conference of the student council and trade union bureau of the faculties was held.

The structure of the presidium included:

- Dean of the Faculties of Agrobiology and Land Resources and Ecology and Landscape Architecture, Professor Alexander Nikolayevich Esaulko;

- Nikolai Petrovich Golovin, the chairman of the primary trade union organization of students of SSAU;

- Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources for educational work, Associate Professor Elena Borisovna Drepa;

- Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Ecology and Landscape Architecture for teaching and educational work, Associate Professor Lyubov Vasilievna Maznitsyna.

In all, 82 students of the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources and 32 students of the Faculty of Ecology and Landscape Architecture attended the conference.

Arina Kotova and Anastasia Shkira they are the chairmen of the student councils prepared reports on the work done by the two faculties over the past year. Various issues, problems and ways to solve them were also discussed.

Particular attention at the conference was given to the re-election of chairmen of student councils and chairpersons of the trade union bureau of the faculties.

Seven nominees were nominated for the post of chairman of the student council of the faculty of agrobiology and land resources, of which, following a public vote, Arina Kotova, a third-year student, won 64 votes and will continue her work in this position. Her deputy was Vladimir Boyko, head of the 1st course, who collected 41 votes. Then six nominees for the post of chairman of the trade union bureau were put forward. After a short vacation, Anastasia Kutsaeva, a second-year student, who recruited 54 votes and Anastasia Bochkareva, a third-year student with a 10-point margin, returns to her position.

Three candidates were nominated for the position of chairman of the student council of the faculty of ecology and landscape architecture. During the open voting, Anastasia Shkirya, a third-year student, won 26 votes, and her assistant was Olga Zvereva, a 1-year student. And also there was a re-election to the post of chairman of the trade union bureau. Two nominations were put forward. The new chairman was Varvara Zubova, a 2-year student who won 20 votes, and her assistant was Alena Galkina, a 1-year student.

Also, at the conference there was a re-election of the commander of the volunteer student special unit "Care", which was the student of the 1st year of the faculty of agrobiology and land resources Olga Loskutova.
