Carrying out of marketing researches with the purpose of revealing of priority directions of development of agrarian and industrial complex of Russia is a defining component in the conditions of constantly changing market environment. In this regard, June 13-14 this year, a workshop “The main directions of scientific and applied marketing research” was organized by the Economic Department of Stavropol State Agrarian University.
The event was organized within the framework of the 3rd task of the Stavropol SAU transformation program at the Center for Innovative and Technological Development of the Stavropol Territory “Conducting scientific events, master classes, round tables, conferences and forums aimed at developing the promising market of FoodNet in the Stavropol Territory”.
The leading workshop was the head of the marketing department of the Russian Academy of Economics named after G.V. Plekhanov, Doctor of Economics, Professor Irina Ivanovna Skorobogatykh.
The seminar examined new methods and criteria for assessing the effectiveness of marketing research. Most of the presented developments have already been tested and supported by relevant results of marketing research.
Within the framework of the program “FoodNet” further cooperation of Stavropol State Agrarian University with one of the oldest marketing departments in Russia, which was founded in 1989, is planned. Her experience and methods of conducting food market research will be used in the activities of the Center for Innovative and Technological Development of the Stavropol Territory.
