Agrarian University has become a platform for the forum of party projects

The largest political event of this summer took place within the walls of Stavropol State Agrarian University: the forum of primary branches of Edinaya Russia in the North Caucasus Federal District gathered prominent political and party figures on the discussion platform.

The event was attended by: Deputy Chairman of the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Secretary of the General Council of the All-Russia Political Party Edinaya Russia Andrey Turchak, Governor of the Stavropol Territory Vladimir Vladimirovich Vladimirov, Chairman of the Territory Duma Gennady Yagubov, Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly Elena Bondarenko , deputies of the regional parliament and representatives of primary organizations of the party “Edinaya Russia” of the North Caucasian Republics Federal District.

Guests welcomed the Rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev.

The forum was devoted to mobilizing the efforts of regional and local branches, involving “primary companies” in implementing priority party projects and presenting a contest of social projects of primary organizations. The key topics on three forum platforms: “Urban Environment”, “Healthy Future” and “Culture of the Little Motherland” - have been landscaping, health and culture in the countryside and in small towns.

During the plenary session Andrei Turchak commented on the work being done in this direction in the Stavropol Territory.

- Particular attention should be paid to supervising the implementation of party projects in the field. Such a format of work should become permanent and similar forums - annual. Stavropol as a forum venue is not chosen by chance. The effectiveness of the project “Comfortable urban environment” is one of the highest. At the end of 2017, the Stavropol Territory became the fifth out of 85 regions of the country. This is a very good result! - said the Secretary of the General Council of Edinaya Russia.

The resolution of the forum will be submitted to the Interregional Coordination Council of the North Caucasus Federal District for consideration. As a result of the work of the sites, recommendations will be developed aimed at the development of social projects for primary branches.

- Thank you to the leadership of the Stavropol SAU for such a warm welcome and organization of the event at a high level, - commented the head of the delegation of the Makhachkala local branch of the Edinaya Russia party, Khibi Kurbanovich Aliev. - In a break between the works of the sites, we were able to get acquainted with the university’s potential, the audience, the learning environment, and we were pleasantly impressed both by the scale and achievements of the university. I think he could become a very good example for the project “Comfortable Educational Environment”.
