The representative of SSAU took part in the scientific seminar

Long-term research cooperation unites Stavropol State Agrarian University and the company DuPont.

Last week, the efforts of the Russian plant protection department of DuPont Science and Technology Ltd. in Voronezh hosted a scientific meeting "Control of harmful objects in sunflower and cereals, the results of field trials." The event was attended by associate professor of the Department of Chemistry and Plant Protection of Stavropol State Agrarian University Natalia Glazunova.

The seminar consisted of two parts: a theoretical lecture and examination of experimental crops in the field. In the first part, participants were provided with information on DuPont pesticides. The students got acquainted with the new preparations of the company, the application of which allows to significantly increase the effectiveness of the existing system of protection of cereals and sunflower. During the second part of the event, experienced crops were inspected. The meeting attracted the community in the field of plant protection, which allowed to expand scientific cooperation.
