The National Award named after A. A. Ezhevskiy

The Russian Association of Manufacturers of Specialized Equipment and Equipment "Rosspetsmash", which unites more than 156 enterprises and organizations in the field of agricultural, construction and road machinery and food equipment, established the National Award named after Alexander Alexandrovich Ezhevskiy. The competition is held from January 29 to November 3 with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia. The prize will be awarded to students of 2nd-4th study-years who have achieved high results in studies and scientific research, actively participating in the life of the University, studying internally in educational institutions of higher professional education, in faculties related to the design of machines for agriculture. It is planned to annually award up to 30 laureates, the size of the award is 20 thousand rubles. The solemn award will be held on November 3, on the birthday of A. A. Ezhevskiy. Terms of submission of documents for the competition are from August 15 to September 15 2018. Alexander Aleksandrovich Ezhevskiy (03.11.1915-15.01.2017) - Soviet statesman, Minister of Tractor and Agricultural Machinery of the USSR (1980-1987). Hero of Socialist Labor, a chevalier of the four Orders of Lenin and two Orders of the Red Banner of Labor. The name of the scientist is Irkutsk State Agrarian University. Under the leadership of A. A. Ezhevskiy, the largest machine-building enterprises of the country were created, Cheboksary, Lipetsk, Minsk, Vladimir, and Chisinau Tractor Plants. In recent years, he worked at the State Research and Development Technological Institute for the repair and operation of tractors and agricultural machinery. The total work experience of A. A.
