More than two hundred people from all over Russia came to the Rostov region with a desire to learn something new and gain experience in the field of leadership. During these days our students became an integral part of the large and united family of the All-Russian school, and also took part in various team games and events.
The first shift from 16 to 20 July took place in four areas: "Student Self-Government", "Volunteering", "Mentoring", "Adaptation of International Students". Our university was represented by two students: Victoria Chepurnova (Accounting and Finance Faculty) and Eldar Rezanov (Electric Power Engineering Faculty).
The second shift from July 23 to 27 included four other areas: "Organization of Creative Events", "Media", "Organization of Intellectual Leisure" and "Quality of Education". Here the training was held by the student of Technological Management Faculty - Irina Karagodina.
Mastering theoretical and practical knowledge in the sphere of the quality of the educational program of higher educational organizations, Irina met with federal trainers-experts: Daria Panarina and Evgenia Matvienko, and received a certificate of a student expert on the state accreditation of educational activities. Also, having shown leadership and scientific knowledge, Victoria and Irina received the title of "Leader of the 21st Century" in their areas.
With new knowledge, positive emotions and strength, our students returned to their home university and are ready to continue working!
