Exhibition "Agrorus" discussed innovative methods in veterinary medicine

August 23, within the framework of the XXVII International Exhibition-Fair "Agrorus-2018" a conference "Implementation and practical application of modern methods for ensuring biological safety in veterinary medicine" was held. Representatives of Stavropol State Agrarian University also took part in it. The International Agro-Industrial Exhibition "Agrorus" started its work in the CEC "Expoforum" of St. Petersburg. The event unites an exhibition of enterprises of the agro-industrial complex, a business program for industry specialists, scientific seminars and conferences, regional products fair. About 450 companies from 30 regions, including foreign participants from Italy, China, Belarus, and Finland participate in the exhibition this year. One of the central events of the exhibition is the scientific conference "Introduction and practical application of modern methods for ensuring biological and ecological safety in veterinary medicine". The moderators of the event were: Idiatulin Idris Gavazovich, Head of the Veterinary Department - Chief Veterinary Inspector of the Leningrad Region; - Stekolnikov Anatoly Aleksandrovich, Rector of FSBEI in St. Petersburg State Academy of Veterinary Medicine, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences; - Javadov Edward Javadovich, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor of FSBEI in St. Petersburg State Academy of Veterinary Medicine. Vitaliy Yurievich Morozov, vice-rector for scientific and innovative work of Stavropol State Agrarian University, delivered a report on the topic "New methods of indications of pathogenic micro flora in the air of cattle-breeding premises, means and technologies for decontamination." He presented the results of research aimed at developing timely methods of timely indication of microorganisms in the animal organism and the main elements of the external environment, a quantitative and qualitative assessment of populations that would allow for the anticipation of the occurrence, development and spread of diseases. The use of modern and most effective methods for detection of microorganisms, knowledge of the dynamics of their accumulation in indoor air, as well as the degree of influence of micro flora of air on animals, is of great scientific interest and practical importance.
