The territory of the Stavropol State Agrarian University was recognized as the best!

In the Leninsky district of the city of Stavropol, the winners of the contest "The best territory adjacent to the enterprise, the institution" were determined. This traditional annual event is held to attract city residents to solve problems of improvement and gardening of the district's territory, development and support of social initiatives of residents, collectives of enterprises, institutions and organizations, disclosure of their creative potential. The landscape design of the Stavropol State Agrarian University has surpassed the decoration of all institutions of the Leninsky district of the regional capital and for the seventh time brought a victory to the university in this contest.

"The best territory adjacent to the enterprise, the institution" - a contest annually announced by the administration of the Leninsky district of the city of Stavropol. Participation in it fully allows students of the Stavropol State Agrarian University - future masters of landscape design - and their mentors to demonstrate their talents and abilities. Thousands of square meters of beautiful university lawns and flower beds are created by the employees of the department of planting greenery of the university and the "fighters" of the student group "Landscaper". To create green "oases" in the urban environment, amazing parterre lawns, flower beds and unique topiary forms, the Stavropol State Agrarian University uses its own production base of planting material. In the greenhouses and greenhouses of the Agrarian University, more than 300,000 copies of various colors are grown every year, and in the nursery of ornamental crops of the educational and experimental farm - tree and shrub plantations. It is important to note that the design of the adjacent territories is regularly updated and modified in accordance with the current season.

To hold the leadership in the regional competition for an agricultural university is seven successive years!
