Trained teachers to New faculty

Training on the additional program of professional retraining "Pedagogy and psychology in the activity of institutions of secondary vocational education: the methodology of teaching and implementing the FSES SVE, supplementary education programs" was completed at the Stavropol State Agrarian University. As a result of the final certification, 144 professors and associate professors, senior teachers and assistant received the right to conduct classes with students of intermediate professional level.

The need for professional retraining of university teachers is due to the fact that a new faculty has been set up in the Stavropol State Agrarian University. With the beginning of the new academic year, almost 300 students studying in the specialties of secondary vocational education will start training in a higher educational institution. The legal norms in the Russian Federation require special pedagogical skills from teachers who will work with them. Therefore, it was necessary for experienced workers of higher education to sit down at desks and improve their skills.

The training program lasted from April to August 2018. Teachers of the Stavropol State Agrarian University got acquainted with the psychological foundations of the teacher's activity in the system of secondary vocational education. They also studied the methodology and methodology of pedagogical work with students of this education level.

Colleagues were prepared by teachers of the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology and Sociology of the Stavropol State Agrarian University. Organizational work is spent by the teachers of the Institute of Additional Professional Education.
