Be closer to the profession

As part of the celebration of the Financier Day, the Accounting and Finance Faculty of the Stavropol State Agrarian University prepared a number of events for its students, which help deepen the immersion of children in the profession of "financier".

So, on September 5, 2018, students of the 2nd year of Economics in the specialty "Economic Security" visited one of the strategic partners of SSAU, VTB Bank. An introductory tour for them was conducted by the deputy bank manager Arsen Rachikovich Tananyan. The children got acquainted with the structure of the credit organization, visited the departments for work with individuals and legal entities, were present in the negotiation hall with one of the bank's customers when concluding a credit transaction.

And the next day, September 6, the students of the 2-year profile "Finance and Credit" were guests of the Ministry of Finance of the Stavropol Territory. Here, young financiers were introduced to the main aspects of the ministry's activities, showed a film about the formation and development of financial services in Stavropol Gubernia. The children visited the museum of finance, listened to an interesting story by the founder of the museum, Valentina Andreyevna Kornilova, who conducted the excursion and introduced the exhibition exhibits in the field of finance.
