Head of the Department of Soil science of Stavropol State Agrarian University, Professor Valery Tskhovrebov took part in the Eurasian GIS Congress-2018, which was held in Baku (Azerbaijan). He presented a report on the theme:"Relationship between the cadastral value of land and soil score of the Stavropol Region."
In early September 2018, the Eurasian GIS Congress 2018 was held at the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan in Baku. The high level of the forum is evidenced by the fact that more than 150 scientists and experts from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Russia, the USA, Turkey and other countries took part in its work.
The conference was held in several panel sections: "Geographic information systems", "Structure of spatial data and their application in GIS", "Application in GIS of spatial analyses", "Environmental monitoring", "Management in GIS of natural disasters and natural resources", "Study in GIS of land, water and climate", "Cadastre, land planning and management", "GPS, remote sensing and GIS", "Earth Observation using GIS-methods of geodetic measurement", etc.
