Innovations of agricultural scientists - for the needs of the Stavropol Region

On September 22, 2018, the faculty and students of the faculties of veterinary medicine and technology management took part in the exhibition of breeding animals and poultry, agricultural machinery, machinery and equipment dedicated to the completion of harvesting and held within the framework of the IV International Investment Forum "AgroUg-2018" .

The day before the participants had the opportunity to exchange views on the forum's discussion areas. Now it's time to show the results of your .work at the exhibition stands. On the site of Stavropol State Agrarian University, a large representation was carried out by scientific scientists of the faculties of veterinary medicine and technological management. Particular attention was paid to the work of the Centre for Management of Highly Efficient Genetic Resources in Dairy Cattle Breeding, established under the guidance of the Rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev. The Governor of the Stavropol Territory, Vladimir V. Vladimirov, showed a high interest in the implementation of this project.

The control-assisted service, created for the first time in Russia, is located in a unified system of interaction between producers of raw milk and the Laboratory for Milk Selection. Professor of the Department of Private Zootechnology, Breeding and Animal Breeding Sergey Aleksandrovich Oleinik presented the leadership of the Krai an innovation development carried out at our university on the instructions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation in developing a regional system for managing high-yield genetic resources in dairy cattle breeding.

Also, exhibition stands included the development of the prospective FOODNET market in the following areas:

- innovative methodology for the application of aerospace digital technologies for the accelerated development of pasture livestock in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEC);

- methods of genomic selection and technology of in vitro fertilization in farm animals;

- technology of effective introduction of bacterial preparations into the litter for farm animals and poultry;

- a project to organize the rehabilitation of enclosed premises on the basis of new innovative technologies;

- a line of food products of a functional orientation.

Here, in the context of exhibition events, interactive sessions were held with the involvement of veterinarians of the leading livestock enterprises of the Stavropol Territory for the students of the training course "Zootechnics under the guidance of Academician of RAS, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor Moroz V.A., Associate Professor of the Department of Private Zootechnology, Breeding and breeding animals Zakotina V.E. and Rastovarova E.I.

Governor V.V. Vladimirov in conversation with students-livestock experts Artem Maltsev and Denis Filatov, wished in their person to all students of the agrarian university successes in the future professional activity for the benefit of strengthening and prosperity of the Stavropol Territory.
