Modern forms of training in the educational process

In order to form professional competencies on October 11, 2018, students of the 3rd year of the Economics faculty of Information Systems and Technologies of the Stavropol State Agrarian University studied the discipline “Modeling information processes and systems” by Zaitseva Irina Vladimirovna, the professor of the information systems department, using the interactive form for the first time classes - "Computer Simulations".

Students learned that computer simulations are an imitation of company management processes that are as close as possible to reality, with which they select strategic goals for its development, make step-by-step tactical decisions, build relationships with customers, staff and shareholders, that is, solve all those management tasks faced by top managers of any large corporation.

A representative of the organization LLC MasterService was present at the lesson. At a meeting with students, he said that the company needs employees who are interested in solving large-scale tasks, to acquire and improve their professional skills. A variety of tasks allows you to choose the most interesting direction for a young specialist to promote his professional and career growth.
