Sberbank experts taught Agrarian students to draw up a “Personal Financial Plan”

October 29, 2018 at Agrarian University on the site of the Foresight Center "Analytics and Financial Technologies" of Stavropol State Agrarian University and Sberbank basic department for students of 3 courses in Economics, Accounting, Analysis and Audit, 2 courses of specialty "Economic Security" , 4 courses Economics, Finance and Credit profile of the accounting and financial department as part of the practice-oriented training of PJSC Sberbank of Russia held the business game “Personal Financial Plan”. The All-Russian Savings Week at the Faculty was opened by the Dean of the Accounting and Finance Faculty, Professor E.I. Kostyukova and Deputy Governor of the Stavropol Branch No. 5230 of Sberbank of Russia PJSC Mishenkina V.V. The business game was conducted by the strategic partner of the accounting and financial department of Sberbank of Russia PJSC as part of the All-Russian Savings Week. Considering financial literacy and investment culture as a component of the social and economic competencies of a modern person, the main goal of the business game is to develop practical skills of using financial instruments in today's youth. The main educational task is to prepare young people for life in real conditions of a market economy, to teach them to effectively use the opportunities provided by modern society, including financial services, to improve their own well-being and success in general. The objectives of the business game are to identify and summarize the knowledge and skills of the participants, to develop the skills for effective management of personal finances; Formation of readiness of young people to make independent financial decisions. The game was conducted by the acting coach of the South-West Bank PJSC Sberbank of Russia Alexander Reshetnyak. During the game, the winners were revealed - Alexander Kondaurova, Victoria Osipova and Ani Harutyunyan. The head of the Department of Financial Management and Banking, Professor Yu.M. Sklyarova, associate professors LA Latysheva, E.N. Lapina, N.V. Sobchenko, T.V. Skrebtsova. The All-Russian Savings Week for Children and Young People is a set of free information and educational events. With the help of financial quests, open lectures and lessons, seminars, master classes, contests and business games, students are taught competent financial behaviour.
