Students of SSAU acquainted with the success story

As part of the study of the disciplines “Economics of Organization” and “Marketing”, a meeting took place between the 2nd year students of the Faculty of Economics and Management and Trading, with one of the successful representatives of the business community, the director of the private educational institution Elstudio, individual entrepreneur Geogjayan Elendrik Rafikovich . The meeting was organized by associate professors of the department of economic theory and economics of the agroindustrial complex Olga Cherednichenko and Rybasova Yulia Viktorovna.

The head of the beauty studio “Elstudio” has long-standing friendly relations with Stavropol State Agrarian University - it cooperates with many graduates of our university, teachers, and is also a jury member of the annual Miss University competition.

Elendrik Rafikovich was born into a large family with modest incomes, and all that he was able to achieve, he had to create his own business with his own hands, building his business from scratch. As a result, today he is the founder, director and teacher of his own licensed school of hairdressing, where training is conducted in a professionally equipped training room for theoretical and practical training on the Oxford system. At the same time, the manager himself never ceased to improve his qualifications. Elendrik Rafikovich studied in many European schools of hairdressing in Germany, England and Spain, and, reaching professional heights, repeatedly became the winner of Russian and international competitions in hairdressing. Today, the head of a beauty salon is a certified trainer of a well-known European company - a manufacturer of professional cosmetics.

During the meeting with students, important issues for studying professional subjects were discussed: the organizational and production structure of the enterprise, the acquisition and use of fixed assets, the expenditure of material resources, the costs of the enterprise, the order of formation of the cost of services, wages of employees, financial results and many others.

Students studying the discipline "Marketing" were interested in the manager's story about the promotion of their services, advertising campaigns and sales technologies of professional cosmetics.

Elendrik Rafikovich also shared his experience in personnel management and networking in his work in order to achieve high results. By the way, networking is a social and professional activity aimed at solving complex life problems and business issues with the help of a circle of friends and acquaintances as quickly and effectively as possible, which is, building trust and long-term relationships with people.

Summing up the meeting, the head of the beauty studio "Elstudio" shared his secret of creating a successful business: constantly learn, grow, go forward, never give up and do not stop there! As a parting word, he gave students useful advice: “Love your work, and it will always bring you income.”
