On November 7, 2018, on the basis of the youth space "LOFT", the seminar "From budget to project report" began its work. Students of Stavropol State Agrarian University are active participants in this seminar.
Ekaterina Dolgova, Senior Specialist for Youth Work at the State Center for Youth Projects, addressed the guests with a welcoming speech. In her speech, she noted the importance of project and grant activities to unlock the potential of young people.
In the framework of the seminar, the issues of correct drawing up of project estimates, analytical and financial reports, preparation of financial reporting documents in the context of expenditure items were considered. Also, within the framework of the seminar, the platform “Project for 2 hours on the project designer” was held.
The work at the seminar was divided into three platforms with the division of participants into categories:
- representatives of a non-profit organization, participants of grant competitions for a non-profit organization, specialists with experience in grant activities;
- winners of grants competitions of the Russian youth;
- students and professionals with no experience in project activities.
In addition, participants of the seminar were waited by work in groups on topics related to project activities.
The seminar was held in the framework of the project of Ivan Skipersky "Campus of public associations of the Stavropol Territory" using the grant of the President of the Russian Federation for the development of civil society provided by the foundation of presidential grants. The co-organizer is the regional Center for Youth Projects.
