Meeting with the strategic partner of the university

At the Stavropol State Agrarian University, a meeting was held between students of the Technological Management and Veterinary Medicine Faculties with representatives of the employer and the strategic partner of the university - SAE "Resource".

The meeting was attended by: Podolskaya Olga Alekseevna - Deputy Head of Personnel Service of SAE "Resource", Bondareva Elena Nikolaevna - Manager of Communications and Kovtun Viktoria Alexandrovna - Specialist in Work with the Staff of Svetlograd Feed Mill, SAE "Resource".

After demonstrating a film about the "Resource" group of agricultural enterprises, students were introduced to the terms of the "Young Specialist" program, in which the company offers students and graduates of our university the opportunity for internships, payment of scholarships for the period of practice, employment of young professionals without work experience, accompaniment of an intern with an experienced mentor, comfortable and safe working conditions, decent wages, compensation for the cost of rental housing, the possibility of professional and career growth.

According to Podolskaya Olga Alekseevny, only in the last 5 years, 15 graduates of the Faculties of Technological Management and Veterinary Medicine have been employed in various departments of SAE "Resource", and 5 students have been working at the enterprise this year and are going to work at the enterprise after graduation.

The company is constantly expanding and currently there are vacancies of veterinarians, zoo engineers, bacteriologist, instrumentation engineer, meat processing technologist.

Such meetings with representatives of SAE "Resource" are regular and emphasize the interest of employers in our graduates.
