The regional stages of the All-Russian contest “Young Entrepreneur of Russia-2018” have completed, this year almost 60 subjects of the country participated in it. Stavropol Territory has been participating in the program since 2014, and the city of Stavropol has become a permanent venue for the finals. Stavropol State Agrarian University traditionally acts among the organizers of the regional stage of the competition.
On November 9, 2018, a solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of the regional competition “Young Entrepreneur of Russia” took place.
This year, the selection of participants took place in eight nominations:
- “Internet entrepreneurship”;
- “Agricultural entrepreneurship”;
- "Franchise";
- “Social entrepreneurship”;
- "Production";
- “Innovative entrepreneurship”;
- "Trade";
- "Services sector".
40 nominees competed for the title of the best entrepreneur in their fields. As a result of summing up, 8 winners and 16 laureates were determined.
In the nomination "Agricultural Entrepreneurship", the title of the winner was received by the student of the Accounting and Finance Faculty of our university, Vladimir Avakian.
The winner in this nomination was Roman Olegovich Kolesnikov, a specialist in the scientific and innovative educational center of SSAU, Candidate of Veterinary Sciences.
Young entrepreneurs received honored awards from the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Stavropol Territory, head of the office of the Government of the Stavropol Territory Gladkov Vyacheslav Vladimirovich, and were awarded diplomas, valuable prizes and gifts from sponsors. In addition, the winners and laureates were able to participate in international forums, exhibitions, fairs for free (SPIEF-2019, INVEST Forum in Sochi 2019), present their business projects at the federal stage of the competition in Moscow on November 22 and take part in the awards ceremony November 23 in Nizhny Novgorod.
